lusting for: the two paths trench

It was love at first sight.
I’ve been crazy about this trench ever since it appeared on Anthropologie’s website. The style reminds me of the Burberry trench worn by Robin in the current season of How I Met Your Mother, though fortunately lacking the Burberry price tag. Apparently it also sports some seriously funky lining and even though nobody will see it, that really appeals to me.
I’m not sure it’s classic enough to be considered an investment piece but at US$188, I’m happy for it to last a season or two.
I’m also particularly excited that Anthropologie started shipping direct to Australia (and many other international destinations) last month. I only hope my credit card is able to deal with the inevitable pain.
